I am an arts and culture leader with more than 20 years of experience advancing strategy, audience engagement, and accessibility across the Philadelphia region. A graduate of Temple University, I currently serve as General Manager at Theatre Exile, guiding operations and long-term organizational health. Previously, I led marketing and communications efforts at 1812 Productions and the Rosenbach Museum & Library, supporting brand strategy and audience development. A central focus of my leadership is accessibility. I am a member of The Accessibility Cohort and co-creator of several initiatives including Crowdsourcing Strategies for Increased Accessibility and the Audio Description Learning Network, an award-winning program which expands training opportunities for audio describers from underrepresented communities.
